The members of Brazos Crossing Chorus and Sweet Adelines International are an amazing group of real women, singing real harmony, and having real fun today!   Our chorus invites you to realize your full singing potential as a Brazos Crossing Chorus and Sweet Adelines member.   We think you'll be amazed by the fun, friendship and experiences you will find with us.   Here are just a few:

You'll be part of our small chorus but also part of Sweet Adelines, an organization of nearly 25,000 women from all over the world who enjoy singing in four-part harmony.

Brazos Crossing members learn music, vocal production, and how to entertain.   Each year, we perform both in the community and at regional competition. These events provide opportunities for memorable fellowship, harmony and knowledge.  

Thousands of Sweet Adelines members assemble annually for the highlight of the Sweet Adelines' year:   the international convention.   Convention is held each year during late September, October or early November at a site selected several years in advance.  

Harmony lovers from choruses everywhere gather to listen to the best quartets and choruses from each region competing in the international championships.

Many members say that being part of Sweet Adelines has changed their lives and increased their skills and self-confidence.

We all need time for pleasure and relaxation.   As a member, you'll discover fun social activities, an enlarged circle of friends and community performance service that benefits our community.

You must attend three rehearsals within a six-week period before you can apply for membership by auditioning.   We will listen to your voice quality and range and assign you a voice part.

At your request, you will be given music and a learning CD of the audition song by the membership chairperson.   After you pass your audition, you will receive a membership application.   Once you turn in your application, the chorus members will vote, and upon their acceptance, you will be inducted into the chorus.

We rehearse every Monday night from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall at 4111 Airport Road in Rosenberg.   Come join us - we would love to have you visit.
